Well... we're not the Blues! So we've got that going for us...

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Blues defenseman Erik Johnson, the No. 1 pick in the 2006 draft, tore two ligaments in his right knee during a recent golf outing and is expected to miss the entire season but recover fully. Johnson, 20, was injured during a team golf outing on Sept. 16 when his right foot got caught between the accelerator and the brake of his golf cart. Two surgeons determined that Johnson tore the anterior cruciate (ACL) and medial collateral ligaments (MCL) in the knee that will require an operation to fix.
So.... Is it just me or is Johnson campaigning to be the next Marty Straka?

If you didn't get that, start researching. It's funny, trust me.

I gotta be honest with ya, BS... it's so full of epic fail that it pulls a 180 and comes back around FOR THE WIN! It takes a special kind of talent to pull that off. I sincerely hope he ended with "... TA-DAAAAAAA!"

HA!

I think I might do a post about the most silly sports injuries of all time.

SPORTS injuries? Or hockey injuries? Cause, you know, hands down baseball and basketball players win. Who was it that sprained their thumb on their PS3? But if you go w/hockey players... don't sleep on Nolan Yonkman and Danny Boyle!

Sports injuries. If I limited it to hockey it wouldn't be any fun.

My favorite was the baseball player that was injured in a pillow fight. Can't remember his name right now. This one will take a little bit of research.
