Why, Darcy Reiger? Why must you break my heart like this? Steve Bernier is was the greatest thing to hit the Sabres since Ryan Miller, and since Derek Roy discovered touchable hair gel. And you let him go for a 3rd rounder in 09 and a 2nd rounder in 10? Wow, looks like you got a whole lot for letting Soupy go. And to Vancouver! VANCOUVER! I fuckin HATE that team! Vancouver, the Rangers and Tampa are like, the trifecta of hatred. Christ almighty. I'm going to go find a beer and cry in it.
On the other hand, maybe I can get a Bernier Sabres jersey for cheap now...

I don't mind, even as a Vancouver fan, but it doesn't seem to fit with the other two Eastern teams you named :P.

I forgot to mention though, I also hate any team Todd Bertuzzi is on.
If it makes you feel any better, NEBCanuck, I really like the Canucks. Love Luongo, love the Sedins, used to love Naslund...I do hate Todd Bertuzzi though.
Heh, I'd say if you hate the Bertuzzi incident, you have to hate the Canucks of that era, anyways.
Although, it's worth noting that any and all that were implicated in the incident (Crawford, Bertuzzi, Naslund, Burke/Nonis), are all hasta la vista.
As far as I'm concerned, the media was way too aggressive re. the Bertuzzi incident -- or way to lax considering others. Hits like Pronger's on Holmstrom last year in the playoffs were just as dirty as Bert's, except the results were different. Had Holmstrom broken his neck, then Pronger would have been equally vilified... as it is, the media basically let it slide over a very minor suspension.
That doesn't justify Bert's actions, though. His hit on Moore was incredibly dirty. I like(d) him as a player while he was with the Canucks, but he was too much of a loose canon and I'm glad that portion of the team is dead. But, if your hatred of the team is a result of that incident, it's probably time you forgave, since no one's left who was involved in the hit in any way, shape, or form! :)
